Isn’t it great when you discover a restaurant just by chance and it ends up being a new favourite? On Tuesday my sister and mum were up from Wales for our bridesmaid dress fittings, eeeeh not long left!!, and we decided that we wanted to go somewhere different for dinner. We knew we wanted it to be local and have steak so the search was on!
This weekend my parents popped by for the night to celebrate Mothers Day. There is a small, quaint Italian restaurant in Battersea Square called Melanzana and after my mum had heard my rave about it for so long, I thought we would go there.
Since I got home from Bali a week ago I have decided to get my butt in shape (figuratively and literally). I’ve been going to the gym almost everyday, no snacky crap food and decided that I am still allowed ONE cheat day a week, I think that’s fair.
Over two years ago I ventured away from my small town in Wales and embarked on my new life in London. I’ve always dreamt of living in the city and after six months of traveling around the World I thought what better time to start the next chapter of my life. View Post
